Wisdom teeth extraction
We don’t remove wisdom teeth “just because they exist”. At our clinic, extraction is recommended only when a tooth is truly causing problems — pain, swelling, pressure on other teeth, or signs of infection. If your wisdom tooth is healthy and growing correctly, we prefer to simply monitor it. But when removal is the right choice, you can feel confident you’re in experienced hands. Our surgeons have over 10 years of experience, and they safely handle even complex cases: deeply impacted teeth, curved roots, or teeth close to the nerve.
When removal makes sense
Extraction is considered when a wisdom tooth:
causes repeated pain or swelling
creates inflammation around the gum
pushes against neighbouring teeth
forms a cyst or affects the bone
is partially erupted and traps bacteria
interferes with orthodontic treatment or your bite
If you’re unsure whether removal is needed, we’ll take a look and tell you honestly.
How the procedure works
Step 1. Diagnostics
We start with an exam and a CBCT or panoramic X-ray to see the exact position of the tooth, roots, nerves, and bone.
Step 2. Anesthesia and preparation
The area is completely numbed, so you won’t feel pain, only gentle pressure. Your surgeon explains what’s going to happen, so you feel calm and prepared.
Step 3. Extraction
With 10+ years of surgical experience, our doctors remove even complicated wisdom teeth predictably and gently.
Step 4. Aftercare
You get clear, simple instructions, and we stay in touch to make sure recovery goes smoothly.
