Aligners and Braces
You can start orthodontic treatment from the very beginning or continue one that you’ve already started elsewhere. We work with different systems and manufacturers, so the transition is smooth and easy. Many people postpone orthodontic treatment because they’re afraid it might hurt, take forever, or look too noticeable. Dr. Maral, our orthodontist with 16 years of experience, knows these worries well and plans the treatment so the fears never become reality. She explains every step before starting and tells you honestly what to expect. If there’s more than one way to reach the result, she’ll show you the options and help choose what feels right for you. With digital planning, she can predict how each tooth moves and make sure you stay comfortable the whole time. Modern systems, whether aligners or braces, allow gentle, steady movement without unnecessary pressure or pain. And because everything is planned digitally there are no surprises: you know what to expect, how it will look, and how long it will take. You pay gradually, stage by stage, so it’s simple to follow and comfortable to manage.
Braces
Step 1. Diagnostics We begin with a full orthodontic check-up.
It includes X-rays, impressions or 3D scans, and precise measurements.
This helps Dr. Maral understand your bite and plan how the teeth should move safely and effectively.
Step 2. Installation
Braces are installed in two stages: first on one jaw, then on the second a month later.
You can choose between metal or ceramic braces, and between classic or self-ligating systems, depending on your case and comfort.
Step 3. Monthly check-ups
You’ll visit the clinic every month for control and adjustment. These visits keep your treatment on track and make sure everything feels comfortable.
On average, active treatment lasts 24 months.
Step 4. Completion and retention
When alignment is complete, we remove the braces and instal retainers, and produce special night guards to maintain your new smile.
Aligners
Step 1. Diagnostics
Includes X-rays, impressions or 3D scans, and bite analysis. The doctor uses this data to create a digital simulation of how your teeth will move during treatment.
Step 2. Installation
You receive your first sets of aligners with full instructions.
Step 3. Monthly check-ups
We monitor your progress regularly and adjust the plan if needed. This stage typically lasts around 24 months.
Step 4. Retention
At the end of treatment, you’ll receive night guards to keep your new smile in place.
On your first visit, Dr. Maral will examine your teeth and bite, explain the possible treatment options, and tell you what the next steps look like.
