Privacy Policy & Data Processing Agreement

This Privacy Policy governs the processing of personal data by our automated AI assistants across Telegram, WhatsApp, Instagram and any other messanger apps. By interacting with our bot, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this policy.
1. Data Controller and Processor
We act as the Data Controller for your interactions. We utilize Alina Assist (Alina Assist Ltd.) as our primary Data Processor. By using this service, you also agree to the Alina Assist Privacy Policy.
2. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR Compliance)
For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), we process your data under the following legal bases:
Contractual Necessity: To provide the automated response services you request.
Legitimate Interest: To improve our AI performance and ensure the security of our communication channels.
Consent: Granted by you when continue the chat in any of the messangers after an automated reply from the bot.
3. Categories of Data Collected
Personal Identifiers: Name, username, platform-specific ID, and phone number (where applicable).
Communication Data: Full history of text and media exchanged with the bot.
Technical Metadata: IP address (where exposed by the platform), timestamps, and device type.
4. International Data Transfers
Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside of your residence (including the US and EU) where our processors operate. We ensure that all third-party sub-processors provide an adequate level of protection through Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent safeguards.
5. Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA/CPRA)
Regardless of your location, we provide you with the following rights:
Right to Access: You can request a copy of the data we hold about you.
Right to Rectification: You can ask us to correct inaccurate data.
Right to Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten"): You may request the deletion of your chat history and personal identifiers.
Right to Opt-Out (CCPA): We do not "sell" your personal information to third parties for monetary or other valuable consideration.
6. Data Retention
We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide our services or as required by law. You may request data deletion at any time by contacting our support.
7. Automated Decision-Making
Our bot uses AI to process requests. While responses are automated, they do not produce legal effects or similarly significant impacts on users without human intervention where required by law.
